Maui County Farm Bureau is a grassroots 501(c)(5) organization of farms and ranch families, agricultural industries, and associated organizations dedicated to supporting agriculture in Maui County. We are affiliated with both the statewide Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation and the American Farm Bureau. For MCFB's page, it would be appropriate:
For this page to share information and news about MCFB and its many activities, as well as information and news about agriculture related to Maui County. To welcome posts by others related to the above, and to respond in kind. To deny posts that have nothing to do with Maui agriculture. To deny posts that are clearly inappropriate – examples: threatening, derogatory, degrading, malicious, demeaning, discriminatory, illegal, etc. To deny posts that demean individuals or specific businesses. MCFB’s position is in alignment with the policies of the Hawaii and American Farm Bureaus, and consistent with federal policies on food labeling. We respect and recognize that there are a diverse range of viewpoints. The farm bureau has, and will continue, to support coexistence of ALL sectors of agriculture as they are all valuable contributors to the greater agricultural industry.
