ed If you are unhappy with our products we will make it right or return your money, it’s that simple. What types of files can be printed? We accept High Resolution JPEG, Adobe PDF, Adobe PSD, High Resolution TIFF, Adobe Illustrator .AI and Encapsulated Post Script .EPS files. What color mode should my files be sent in? We use Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black for color prints and black and white should be sent using the grey scale. What Resolutions should my files be? We recommend at least 150 DPI at 1:1 scale, 300 DPI at scale is preferred. Please make your images as high dpi as possible for the most clear prints. If you send over a blurry image you will get a blurry end product. What kinds of inks do you use? We use Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black Eco-solvent inks. Can my order be canceled? If you contact us before the order has been printed we will gladly cancel your order and refund your money. Since your prints are custom, printed to order items we cannot cancel or return items once they have been printed. Can I return my item? We do not accept returns because your item is made to order. Please check your images for misspellings, wrong logos or any other errors. If there is an error in the printing a reprint will be issued with rush production. Please remember your order will only be as clear as preview on your screen. If you send us a low resolution image you will get a blurry image. Please send the highest resolution with High DPI at scale for best prints.
