I wish I was better at this whole social media thing. I feel like it’s one of my biggest struggles as a business owner. Sometimes it stems from feelings of inadequacy. Sometimes it’s because I’m overwhelmed. Other times it’s because I don’t feel like anyone is really interested in what I’m doing.

I see so many other people posting content that seems so much more interesting than what I’ve got going on. It’s all aesthetic and cute…and honestly, I’m a hot mess.

If you’ve stuck around for the last few years, thanks for being here. I’m going to really try to show the messy reality of what it’s like owning a business and being a mom. It may be cringey. It may be embarrassing. But maybe by just taking messy action it will be relatable. Or at least it will give us all a good laugh. I guess we will see 🥴

Fresh powder brows!

This client had quite a bit of natural hair to begin with. A powder brow was the best option for her because it kept her natural hair the focal point of her brows! We filled in the sparse areas and gave her more definition and symmetry. I’m so excited to see her back and snap photos of them healed!

Permanent eyeliner is so much fun, but I find a lot of clients are worried abut their eyes…as they should be! The way I tattoo eyeliner is with the clients eyes CLOSED. I will have clients look at the eyeliner occasionally during the process but that is always when the needle is off and away from the eye!

We gave her back her brows! We were pretty conservative with this session, knowing that we can always build them up. She hasn’t had brows for years so this was a big change. We will likely add more shading when she comes back for her touch up. As for now, she’s thrilled she has brows again! What a beautiful day!

First of all…isn’t she stunning?! 🤩

This client has had a beauty mark on her cheek for most, if not all, of her life. As she has aged the pigment in her beauty mark disappeared. She was left with a small spot but not color. Her beauty mark was something that she loved! So, she reached out to me to see if we could get color back.

She came in with her beauty mark drawn on. I replicated what she drew. Here’s a fresh photo. I anticipate this will soften as it heals. She was thrilled!
