As National Safety Month comes to a close, we're recognizing one more team that helps make safety a year-round priority at McLoone. ⚠️👏

Today, we're recognizing our Emergency Response Team! This dedicated group is trained to respond in emergency situations requiring CPR, AED use, first aid, and bloodborne pathogen response. Each year, they complete certification training led by representatives from Mayo Clinic to ensure they're prepared to act when it matters most.

A special thank you to Patsy K., Jon M., Tina K., Matt D., Lisa C., and Amy A. for their commitment to keeping our team safe and helping create a workplace that's prepared for anything!

As we wrap up National Safety Month, we're highlighting some of the teams that help make safety a year-round priority at McLoone.

Today, we're recognizing our 5S Team! Through the principles of Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain, they help keep our workplace organized, efficient, and safe. Each month, the team conducts an audit throughout our facility, helping identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring our standards are maintained. A well-organized workspace helps reduce hazards, improve efficiency, and create a better work environment for everyone.

Sweet treats with a big impact. 💜🍪

Yesterday, we were able to present a check for $2,213.00 to the Alzheimer's Association!

Thanks to the incredible support of our team, this year's bake sale was our most successful one yet! The bake sale raised $1,113.00 and McLoone donated $1,100.00 to bring our total donation to $2,213.00.

A huge thank you to everyone who baked, bought, donated, and helped make this year's event such a success. 🧠🎗️
