Yesterday we turned up the heat for our annual summer picnic! Luckily, we had plenty of great food from Premiere Catering, some serious competition on the yard games, and plenty of laughs to keep everyone smiling.

It was definitely hot, but good food + great people + a little friendly competition = a perfect summer afternoon! 😎

As National Safety Month comes to a close, we're recognizing one more team that helps make safety a year-round priority at McLoone. ⚠️👏

Today, we're recognizing our Emergency Response Team! This dedicated group is trained to respond in emergency situations requiring CPR, AED use, first aid, and bloodborne pathogen response. Each year, they complete certification training led by representatives from Mayo Clinic to ensure they're prepared to act when it matters most.

A special thank you to Patsy K., Jon M., Tina K., Matt D., Lisa C., and Amy A. for their commitment to keeping our team safe and helping create a workplace that's prepared for anything!

Today, we're recognizing our 5S Team! Through the principles of Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain, they help keep our workplace organized, efficient, and safe. Each month, the team conducts an audit throughout our facility, helping identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring our standards are maintained. A well-organized workspace helps reduce hazards, improve efficiency, and create a better work environment for everyone.

Sweet treats with a big impact. 💜🍪

Yesterday, we were able to present a check for $2,213.00 to the Alzheimer's Association!

Thanks to the incredible support of our team, this year's bake sale was our most successful one yet! The bake sale raised $1,113.00 and McLoone donated $1,100.00 to bring our total donation to $2,213.00.

A huge thank you to everyone who baked, bought, donated, and helped make this year's event such a success. 🧠🎗️

As part of our National Safety Month celebrations, we treated our team to a little Ice Cream Social to thank them for their continued commitment to working safely every day. 👏

Yesterday, we had our annual Bake & Snack Sale for Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month! 💜🧠

From homemade cookies and fresh-baked sourdough bread to mini root beer floats, fruit pizzas, cheesecakes, bars, and so many other delicious treats, our team showed up with both their culinary skills and their generosity.

Thank you to everyone who donated, baked, purchased, and supported this year's sale. The excitement and participation made this one of our best turnouts yet! All proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association to support awareness, care, and research.
