Employee Spotlight

Today, we're recognizing Paul Heidger, Lead Electromechanical Technician, for the work he does to keep our LNW equipment running.

Paul maintains our presses, winders, and the equipment that supports them. He also coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance with outside contractors, while continually looking for ways to improve our maintenance practices.

There’s a lot that goes into keeping production moving, and Paul’s skills and dedication make him an invaluable part of the LNW team.
