Our Upstream provider, ZAYO, has experienced a problem. This is frustrating for us. All of our systems are working, but these upstream, out-of-our-control problems continue to happen. No ETA yet.

We are experiencing an outage. The cause has not been determined.

Apparently this was scheduled maintenance by ZAYO, our fiber provider. They had to take fiber systems offline in Star, ID for scheduled maintenance. We have to accept responsibility for overlooking the warning notification - it got buried in out email. The outage was unavoidable but the lack of warning WAS avoidable. We deeply regret not warning our loyal subscribers about this planned outage.

There's been another Zayo fiber cut or equipment failure. They're working on it. No ETA yet. We regret this inconvenience to our loyal subscribers and friends.

OTEC will be upgrading their power line on Mt. Harris this morning. Our subscribers should be unaffected; the Oregon Wireless eqipment can run on our battery backup system for several hours. Just an FYI (hopefully).
