CSR/Office Assistant with room for advancement: Duties will include but are not limited to. Customer Support for Fiber and Wireless Internet customers over the phone and in person. Assisting our installers with data entry and customer billing. Must be fluent in excel, word, windows 10, record keeping, and detail-oriented. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Paid Health Insurance after 90 days and 401K plan after 1 year of employment.
