started in 1978. R. Patrick Michael launched his tax preparation service in 1978.

What began as
a boutique tax preparation service operating as an in-home business has grown
to occupy a 1700 sq. ft. facility in La Mesa, California. Certified by the US Treasury and IRS-tested, RPM & Associates services clients in more than 20 states
