I AM RUNNING A SPECIAL FROM 10/22/16 - 11/19/16.
ALL HEAT PUMP, OIL FURNACE, and GAS FURNACE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CLEANINGS WILL BE, 100$!!!!! During this timeframe!!!
WHAT ARE YOU PAYING FOR?

OIL FURNACE: Replace Nozzle, Oil Filter and Pump Strainer, check and adjust Electrodes and Oil Pump pressure, check/ clean blower wheel/motor, vacuum heat exchanger and chimney base and check all safeties for proper operation.

GAS FURNACE: Inspect/ vacuum heat exchanger, check gas valve operation, check gas pressure, inspect burner tubes, check/ clean blower motor/ wheel, check draft motor, check all safeties for proper operation.

HEAT PUMP: Clean indoor and outdoor coils, check/ clean blower motor/ wheel, clear condensate drains and or pump check refrigerant pressures, check defrost control board, check strip heater operation.

Don't wait until your HVAC system breaks before you pay attention to it. HVAC repairs can be really costly, so have it checked by a honest HVAC contractor, thats not going to automatically try to sell you a new system because your system is old, or has a minor problem!!
