She has successfully developed and managed volunteer programs in both the private and nonprofit sectors, including the Minnesota Department of Corrections, Girls Scouts, Face to Face Health and Counseling Services, Minnesota Early Learning Design, and YWCA of St. Elizabeth is an international trainer, consultant, writer, creator of www.volunteerservus.com, founding member and instructor for the Minnesota Association for Volunteer Administration (MAVA), Volunteer Resources Leadership (VRL) series. She holds a degree in Non-profit Administration and Resource Development and MMBA in Nonprofit Organization from St. Thomas University. Elizabeth is the recipient of the
Mary Wiser Award for Excellence in Volunteer Administration.
