Thank you all who attended tonight’s event.

Daniel Chunn was introduced first and began his discussion of the factors used in determining insurance policies and pricing. He presented a slideshow of useful information explaining the cause and effect of your personal habits reflect on your rates.

Jamie Steelman gave valuable insight on today’s mortgage products. His handouts included a program that offers mortgages for mobile and manufactured homes on permanent foundations.

Jamie Knight and Jamie Steelman spoke on the de titling process for these homes.

Jamie Knight shared listings of La Vergne’s most expensive vs the least expensive homes listed, under contract and sold in 2023. She then reviewed the number of homes currently on the market. We are still holding at less than 2.5 months of inventory clearly showing we are still in a sellers market. Jamie then ended the meeting with the current inventory and prices for La Vergne.

A quick follow up with Esmeralda Rodriguez-Aznar reminding us of items that are commonly missed in spring cleaning.

Our next meeting will be on April 18th @ 6 pm.
