Big ideas. Great conversations. Even better company. That was our week! 💙🧡

We toured the renovations at the Schererville Family YMCA and the soon to open YMCA at the Tolleston Opportunity Center in Gary, Indiana. We collaborated with the La Porte County Family YMCA to shape the future of health in La Porte County. This was the kind of week that reminds you why you love this work!

As if that wasn’t enough, our friends at the Health Foundation of La Porte let us in on one of their favorite local secrets: a summer sunset over Lake Michigan. It did not disappoint.

Bonus: We got to celebrate T2 team member Debbie Metzger’s birthday!

Thank you to everyone who hosted us, worked alongside us, and is putting in the effort to make their communities better. We’re lucky to be a part of it!

What an honor to witness the incredible YMCA of Greenville team in action at Youth Sports Night at Fluor Field last week! The Y brand presence was strong and intentional, raising awareness for the impact they make across the community while also celebrating their annual campaign and the volunteers who help drive that mission forward.

We also loved reconnecting with longtime Y friends!

The evening beautifully showcased how a Y can integrate into its community to raise awareness.

Congratulations to 39 leaders from the YMCA of Greater Richmond who recently completed Model-Netics Leadership Training through Triangle2 Solutions!

Over the course of three months, executive directors and vice presidents invested more than 30 hours learning and applying 151 leadership models designed to strengthen decision-making, communication, and overall organizational impact.

What distinguishes this work is not solely the acquisition of knowledge, but the practical application of that knowledge. The experience culminated in partner-led teach-backs, where leaders demonstrated how these models translate into real-world leadership situations across the YMCA. This is how strong leadership cultures are built, through shared language, consistent tools, and a commitment to applying what you learn every day.

Thank you to Jody Alexander for her leadership, support and the foundational work of Main Event Management Corporation in advancing Model-Netics as a practical system for leaders.

We have a winner! 🏀🏆

Congratulations to MaryEllis Petrosian of the YMCA of Greenville for taking the top spot in the Triangle2 Women’s NCAA Tournament bracket challenge!

Even better, we happened to be in Greenville and had the chance to present the check in person!

Thank you to everyone who joined in and made it a fun, competitive tournament.
