After graduating from University of California San Diego with a Psychology degree, she realized her true passion was being an entrepreneur. Over the past 15 years she has developed multiple entrepreneurial ventures including, but not limited to, single handedly opening a brick and mortar franchise location
with an average of 15-20 employees. Looking back through her experience of finding, buying, and building a franchise location, Amy found herself wishing she had a franchise broker who assisted her in finding out what she was walking into. Having a non-biased set of eyes explaining work life balance, goals of her personal and professional life, and a day in the life as it relates to each brand would have helped her make a better decision in what brand she wanted to buy into. It’s because of these experiences that she is able to bring true value to others who are pursuing their dream of business ownership. Will believes in service! After graduating from San Diego State University, Will Commissioned as an officer in the US Army. During the time building a successful career in the military, including a deployment to the middle east, he decided his calling lay else ware. After the military, he returned to San Diego, built and operated several businesses. During his time operating his businesses, Will met Amy. After getting married, he decided to “steady” his income, returning to the workforce again as an employee. After working for an employer, he was randomly laid off with no warning or explanation. Will decided the instability of the W2 world drastically outweighed entrepreneurial risks. Amy and Will decided to build another franchise, together, while using their knowledge to help others take control of their lives and find the perfect fit in business ownership. Amy and Will have personally walked in your shoes and understand the excitement, fear and unknown of buying a franchise business.
