What can you expect during a solar diagnostic appointment?

First, we connect directly to your system. This gives us technician-level access to performance data, alerts and system information you may not see in your homeowner app. We’ll also check for available updates and dig deeper into what could be causing the issue.

Next, we head to the roof for a visual inspection of the panels, equipment and what’s happening underneath. That’s where we can uncover wiring or equipment issues, damage, debris and sometimes even squirrels making themselves at home under your panels.

Once we’ve completed the diagnostic, we’ll walk you through what we found and the recommended next steps.

Putting solar back on a brand-new roof? We’re a little particular about how that gets done.

Before the panels ever come off, we check the system and see how everything is running. When it’s time to put it all back, it’s new feet, new rails, and a proper reinstall on that brand-new roof.

Then we get it powered back up, check production, and make sure everything is running the way it should.

Cutting corners would be easier. That’s never really been our thing.
