Harter’s Quick Clean’s new Labrie™ Expert Dual Helping-Hand truck joined the Oktoberfest parade in La Crosse, Wisconsin, after being completed the day before the event.

Thank you to everyone who helped get this truck inspected and parade-ready. So proud to see Labrie taking part in this celebration!

Some trucks tell a story. This one tells 70 years of it.

A 1961 Leach body fitted with a 1955 GMC. from Mike’s Waste Disposal in Ontario — a great piece of waste-industry history that is still turning heads today.

What makes the story even better: Mike’s Waste Disposal has stayed with Leach bodies through the years — and still uses only Leach bodies today.
That kind of loyalty says a lot. Equipment changes. Technology evolves. But a reputation built over generations lasts.

📰 Labrie has signed an agreement to be acquired by Hiab!

Hiab Corporation, a leading provider of smart and sustainable on-road load handling solutions, significantly strengthens its position in the North American waste and recycling market by entering into an agreement to acquire Labrie Environmental Group. The acquisition is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.

It is an exciting step and a strong reflection of what we have built together — our products, our customer relationships, our reputation in the industry, and the commitment of our teams across the organization.

Due to the ice, snow, dropping temperatures we have made the decision to cancel our 3rd shift for tonight. Weather permitting, there will be a small crew working tomorrow morning.

❤️Thanks to everyone that participated in our Blood Drive yesterday. We had an AMAZING turnout!!!❤️We were able to collect 25 units of Blood, which will save 75 lives!!! 😍

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Mr. Claude Boivin, founder of Labrie Environmental Group. His vision, leadership, and commitment to engineering excellence shaped Labrie into the trusted organization it is today across North America.

We are deeply grateful for his lasting impact on our industry, our teams, and the communities we serve. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
