We can't claim to offer full transparency if we don't back that claim up. One of many systems we've invested heavily in to ensure we are accountable is an advanced monitoring system in our recycled pallet receiving department.

Every load of recycled pallets coming into our facility is surveyed via a bank cameras that allows us to monitor exactly what arrived on each truck. Every load ticket is marked with the number of pallets that should be in that trailer and the floor and walls of each trailer have a specific number that corresponds to that ticket.

If ever there is a question about the number of pallets that should have arrived, we can access the camera footage by date and time of arrival, locate the exact trailer based on the number on the floor and visual inspect how many pallets came off the trailer.

Excessive? Maybe to some. To us, that's just all part of being The Difference >>> Delivered.
