As I reflect back on my time as the Interim Executive Director for a start-up nonprofit, the most significant takeaway is change. Change is inevitable. Without it, companies become stagnant and cannot progress forward. It could be new software, best business practices, and handing over responsibilities to professionals, who will take the business to the next level. Change is happening. Embrace it!
