We enjoyed joining Acadiana SHRM this morning for Leading with Intention: Advancing People, Culture & Performance.

The conversation challenged leaders to think about what it truly means to lead with purpose, create psychological safety, and build cultures where people can do their best work.

These conversations matter because strong workplaces don't happen by accident—they happen when leaders are intentional about how they show up for their teams.

Turning Insight into Action

Last Friday, we had the privilege of facilitating a debrief session with LEDA and an incredible group of education and workforce leaders following their learning journey to Lansing, Michigan.

Together, we identified key themes, explored opportunities, and focused on how to keep the momentum going for students and workforce development across Acadiana.

We love helping groups move beyond "What did we learn?" to "What's next?"

💡Spotlighting the meaningful work being done in our community!

We are honored to facilitate the 2026 Career & Education Leadership Exchange debrief session so we can maintain positive momentum in Acadiana.

Last week our team traveled to Lansing, Michigan alongside South Louisiana Community College and a great group of local education and workforce leaders. And we learned a lot! 🙌

From touring career and technical education programs at Lansing Community College, to visiting high schools with thriving apprenticeship and work-based learning programs, to watching elementary students explore career paths through fun classroom activities — it was two packed days of big ideas and real inspiration.

We're bringing those ideas home to Lafayette. Our goal: stronger career pathways, better connections between classrooms and careers, and a workforce pipeline that works for every student in Acadiana. 💼🎓
