When does your light shine the brightest?

We all have times of day when our energy, focus, and creativity are naturally stronger. Understanding your circadian rhythm can help you recognize those patterns and be more intentional about how you use your time.
The goal isn’t to change your rhythm. It’s to work with it.

When possible, protect your peak hours for the work that requires your greatest focus, creativity, and energy. Save routine tasks, meetings, or administrative work for times when your energy naturally dips.

Take a look at your day. Are you doing your most important work when your light is shining the brightest?

We’re celebrating the incredible staff of the LA Bar Foundation on the completion of their year-long High Performing Teams journey!

Over the past year, participants invested 24+ hours in workshop learning, completed post-session assignments, engaged in meaningful conversations, and explored what it takes to lead themselves and one another at a higher level.

Together, we explored the 4 Pillars of High Performing Teams: Triple Purpose, Earned Trust, Healthy Conflict, and Mutual Accountability and what it takes to intentionally build a culture where people feel safe to communicate, take ownership, and perform at their best.

This wasn’t just a year of learning. It was a year of putting learning into action.

Congratulations to the LA Bar Foundation team on this incredible accomplishment! We are proud to have been part of the journey.

Change is constant. How we respond to it matters.

We loved connecting with HR professionals at the LSU HR Professional Conference for From Surviving Change to Thriving Through Change.

Together, we explored the psychology of change, how our Saboteurs can show up during uncertain moments, and practical ways to recognize what’s happening so we can choose a more productive response.

We had a BLAST at Acadiana SHRM’s HR Unplugged, coaching HR leaders through real-life tough conversations, live and on the spot.

Using the Beacon Coaching Blueprint, we helped leaders turn challenging conversations into opportunities for clarity, connection, and growth.

And there was one more reason to celebrate! 🎉

Our Founder, Keesha Buteau, was honored with the Culture Creator Award for her passion for bringing people together and creating better workplace cultures.
