With 24 years of oil and gas experience spanning operations, leadership, sales and business development, Jason brings a strong operational background and a relationship-driven approach to supporting our customers.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and family, cooking and BBQing, fishing, hunting and being outdoors. He and his wife have even operated their own food truck business — an experience that further reinforced his belief in hard work, dependability and taking care of customers.

We’re looking for someone with offshore construction experience who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment and leading crews in the field.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Heavy offshore construction experience
• Hands-on offshore field experience
• Experience with diving operations
• Strong knowledge of hot work procedures and safety requirements
• Ability to supervise and lead an offshore crew
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced offshore environment

Stoke & Spiehler / Boss Energy Solutions are seeking an experienced Offshore Completions Supervisor to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:
• 10+ years of offshore experience in intervention, stimulation, testing, sand control and/or well completions
• Water Survival certification
• Well Control certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to safely oversee critical completion operations

The ideal candidate will have extensive offshore completions experience and be comfortable coordinating with rig supervisors, completion engineers, service representatives and vendors throughout completion operations.

We're looking for candidates with experience in:

▪️Double Triple and Double Pole rigs
▪️Pulling units and workover operations
▪️Downhole tools, tubing, rods, and well servicing
▪️Rig maintenance and equipment inspections
▪️Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

▪️5+ years of oilfield rig experience (Rig Operators)
▪️Active Well Card
▪️Class A CDL (Required for Rig Operators, Preferred for Derrickhands)
▪️Additional equipment certifications are a plus
