If anyone is within 120 miles of a OceanFirst bank, they've got a BLOC with no documents required. You can get up to 50k with a credit score of 750. It tiers down from there meaning you may still be able to qualify for a lesser line with a lower score. The small business banker advised that your internal banking score is important too.
