We are growing and currently looking for SHOP HELP, allied help, apprentices and journeymen. Those interested in the apprentice track must possess either a high school diploma or G.E.D. Must have valid driver’s license. We are looking for safety minded individuals with basic construction knowledge, the ability to read a tape measure and basic tool knowledge, be reliable, hardworking, have the ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn. Must be able to work Monday-Friday with some Saturday work from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring projects stay on track in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead and coordinate the union workforce, ensuring efficient staffing and compliance with union regulations.
• Use AutoCAD to assist with shop drawings and layout.
• Office tasks such as project documentation, tracking timelines, monthly billings, and generating reports.
• Foster open communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project ex*****on and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with all team members to address challenges and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
• Ensure safety standards are met and that all job site activities follow quality protocols.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on glazing and working within a unionized environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong leadership abilities with a team-oriented mindset, capable of working collaboratively in a small office and field environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
• Strong communication skills, both on the job site and in the office.
• Proficient with office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
