My new Cajun Super Grill was delivered Wednesday. Will assemble today. I can’t wait to get started cooking on it.
I want to tell you how I arrived at buying this grille.
In 1997 a friend and I purchased 2 large Cajun grills from you at Ken Rash’s Outdoor Furniture store here in Memphis. There were two Guidry’s up here selling the grills and we thought they were the best grills we ever saw. We were right. After all these years of using the grill I decided it was time to do something else (what a dumb move), so I sold my grill and started looking at all sorts of grills. Big mistake.
I looked at Green Egg (heavy and not much cooking space, by the time you get a good size grill area it is really heavy), gas grills (not my type of cooking), several pellet grills ( a mechanical disaster waiting to happen when you are ready to cook). I spent a lot of time researching every grill type. I looked at how I would use every grill type and kept coming to the realization that what I wanted was a high quality charcoal grill. I know how to cook and enjoy using it. After a little research on charcoal grills it became apparent I should have never sold my old Cajun grill. When I found out you had a super grill I had to have it.
Glad I was able to get this grill.
