This is a great dish and simple! In addition this is a fantastic way to sneak in some extra nutrients into the family meal with no sacrifice to how amazingly delicious this all is. For our family a 1 pound package of chicken breast feeds four sometimes with left overs. I use boneless chicken breast, defrost and cut in half to make the breast thinner and easier to cook when pan frying. [ 67 more words ]

How about Thanksgiving. We had the best tome feasting on delicious foods. I made my Butternut Squash stuffing and it was a HUGE HIT. I will be writing up the recipe as we are in the midst of the eating season. This is a healthy but highly complimented alternative to the traditional all bread stuffing. Stay tuned I will be working on that today. In the meantime enjoy the pictures of decadent deserts all made from scratch. Such a fun thing to do with the kids.
