Our leading product and customer service make TotaLand the most advanced land management system currently within the industry market. Innovative and intuitive, our dedicated team of programming experts and experienced landmen never stops collaborating to adopt new features and designs to improve user experience. We built a solid platform to streamline operations, make land work more efficient, and improve collaboration between brokerages and E&P companies. We strive to comprehensively optimize our clients' operations while anticipating new ways to revolutionize the business. Our software is an online database application that eliminates the inefficiencies or redundancies in land work by using a progressive, patent-pending feature to collect, enter and organize data. Landmen do their day-to-day work online, including setting up tracts, contracts and parties; maintaining notes and statuses; and generating contracts, maps and reports. Chain-of-title, scanned instruments, executed documents, and other files are uploaded with sharing capabilities within an SSAE-16 secure system. Owners and managers control permissions, and everyone granted access can view, download and comment on the progress. Entire projects can be downloaded and sent to the client for further processing or review. This digital system saves a tremendous amount of paperwork, replications and chance of document loss or destruction, allowing landmen to focus on what they do best--research, negotiate and close deals. A contract with TotaLand can be as simple as month-to-month without any hassles or delay in moving your data with confidence if you decide the program isn't right for you. Furthermore, we avoid conflicts of interest by not being involved in brokerage work ourselves. We simply offer the technology, support and customization to help brokerages provide the highest level of service to their clients. TotaLand allows oil & gas, seismic, and pipeline companies to handle large amounts of data while cutting down major costs. If requested, we can help clients capture and report on land rights taken by more traditional methods. We also have specialists to provide data entry and mapping capabilities, as well as database consultants to facilitate importing data from other programs, even spreadsheets! As always, we maintain 100% confidentiality of your business and data. Bring your land operations into the 21st century with paperless field acquisition and secure data management and control.
