Roeing I.T. Solutions

Roeing I.T. Solutions Information Technology Company located in Central Indiana From there, Roeing began to sell hardware in order to implement a turnkey solution.

Roeing Corporation was first founded in June 1979 to provide software and healthcare consulting services to the long-term care industry. From the beginning, Roeing developed and sold software across the country to long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes. The goal was to provide automated systems for medical records, medical billing to Medicare and Medicaid, accounts receivable, accounts p

ayable, payroll and general ledger records. At this point in 1979, there were very few software solutions capable of automating the billing and business side of this industry. Roeing would install and maintain both the hardware and software, and at this point became a DEC (Digital Equipment Corporation) value-added reseller, or VAR. Evolution of Roeing:

The evolution of PCs and X86 server technology drove the technology market to client server industry. During the same time period, Roeing retired the initial long-term care software product, LT/Care, and redirected its focus on client server and PC solution sales to the healthcare industry, as well as expanding to offer services to the small/medium business sector, government entities, social service agencies, the manufacturing sector, the banking system, and other industries. Recognizing a Need:

Following the expansion of Roeing’s services, the company decided to strategically align with a number of leading technology innovators to provide products and solutions that address the needs of clients. However, as Roeing continued to engage with their clients, the company leaders recognized that clients’ needs were much broader and that simply purchasing hardware and software was not enough. To answer this need, Roeing diversified their business to address those needs, and now still classifies their service offering and operational departments in the same way. Those four departments within the organization are all integrated from a solution and service delivery perspective, and include:

Technology Infrastructure – developing all aspects of business infrastructure, such as datacenter solutions and services, technology solution engineering design and sales, and value-added reseller sales for software and other products. Software Development – focusing on the creation of software applications and solutions (custom software solutions, database consulting, business intelligence consulting, and reporting). Communication – providing solutions for information transport (communication systems such as: phone/voice, data, audio visual/digital signage and messaging). Consulting – determining the most beneficial solutions for each client, from managed services (proactive management and maintenance of all IT systems), to cloud and on premise technology solutions, and which solutions from the other departments would best suit each client. The Modern Roeing

The organizational structure of the four departments within Roeing remain the same, but the overall business changes on a regular basis in response to the changing technological solutions. In 2010, Roeing was recognized as a woman-owned business (WBE) in Indiana. Roeing Corporation continues to work with clients in order to improve their technological advances to ensure they remain competitive in a rapidly changing technological environment.
