🍋🍊 CITRUS STAMPING GONE WRONG! 🎨

Well… the designs didn’t exactly go as planned, but the fun definitely did! 😂 Sometimes it’s not about the finished product—it’s about enjoying the experience along the way.

Our clients tried their hand at citrus stamping, using lemons, limes, and oranges to get creative. Even when the masterpieces don’t turn out quite like we imagined, activities like this still encourage fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, sensory stimulation, creativity, focus, and social interaction.

At our Oasis Space, we’re learning that sometimes the best activities come with a few laughs and unexpected results! 💙🧡💛

This is a new position designed to train and develop the right candidates into successful Case Managers.

We’re looking for someone who:
💻 Has strong computer skills and can learn multiple systems
📋 Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
🤝 Communicates well and is willing to learn
🏠 Is comfortable going into and working in a client’s home when needed
❤️ Has a heart for serving seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities

Case Management experience is not required — but flexibility, professionalism, computer skills, and a willingness to learn are!

At New Day Personal Care Services, sometimes making sure everyone gets to enjoy the fun means doing whatever it takes to get them there! 💙💛

Our Executive Director pulled out the OLD New Day bus out of retirement 🚐😂 to help transport some of our clients and caregivers to our swim outing at Isle of Iberia!

Because it’s not just about swimming—it’s about community, inclusion, connection, and creating memories together. 🏊🏾‍♀️🌴
That old bus still has a little New Day left in her! 😂💙 We’re loading up and hitting the road!

As a former foster mother, she understands that some of life's most vulnerable individuals simply need someone who will show up consistently, advocate for them, and remind them that they matter.

People often think home care only happens within the four walls of a house.

But sometimes caregiving means getting on the road.

Today, our team traveled to support a client at an important appointment—ensuring they didn’t face a difficult day alone.

We accompany clients to appointments, outings, hospital visits, and other challenging moments, offering advocacy, encouragement, and stability when life feels overwhelming.

Home care means meeting people where they are—physically, emotionally, and sometimes miles away from home. That’s compassionate care.

Some members of our community brought in the month of August with a group workout at Train Unique gym. Our goal is to continue offering opportunities for our clients to remain engaged and connected with others.
