I debated posting this. Honestly, most people have something to say—and a lot of it’s just noise. But this moment wasn’t about performance. It was about presence.
Spending time with Martin Luther King III and his incredible wife Arndrea Waters King at Legacy College in Africa hit different. It reminded me that real leadership—the kind that outlives you—is built on love, not ego.
Dr. King didn’t lead to be liked. He led to lift others. His legacy wasn’t built for applause—it was built for impact.
So here’s the call to action:
Today, don’t just quote MLK—live the message. Lead with love, especially when it’s inconvenient. Build something that serves others, not just yourself. Speak up where it matters.
Legacy isn’t what you leave behind. It’s what you build while you’re still here.
What’s one move you can make today that aligns with your deeper purpose? Go do it.
