By way of personal introduction, I am a former California Highway Patrol officer. All of our field investigators are former law enforcement officers from various Southern California agencies. The utilization of former officers has allowed us to take advantage of specialized training as well as contacts with the law enforcement community. We have a combined total of more than fifty years of experience in law enforcement as well as investigative experience since 1971. We have a wide range of specialized investigative skills.
We do both Plaintiff and Defense investigations; our clients include law firms throughout the United States as well as insurance companies, corporations and individuals.
We offer all types of investigations; from wrongful death to assets investigations. Some specific areas would include product liability, personal injury, industrial accidents, criminal defense, sub-rosa matters, skiptracing and family law matters. We have handled everything from toxic poisonings to aircraft crashes.
We can perform investigations anywhere in the world and have associates across the United States and many foreign countries.
Our fees are among the lowest in the business, which is one reason we have experienced rapid growth year after year, without the need to advertise. The other reasons are quality and attention to detail.
We charge an hourly rate of $45.00 per hour and mileage charges of 45 cents per mile for field investigations. Other costs (DMV fees, database costs, photographs, videotapes) are charged on an "actual cost" basis. We maintain a full range of sources which include financial records, property records and business records as well as hundreds of nationwide databases accessed by computer.
Investigative assignments can be submitted to our Laguna Niguel office by mail, telephone or fax and are promptly processed.
