Great maiden voyage for trailer #2 (aka etrailer)!

We took it up around Marin county and camped out at Samuel P Taylor State park.
Clocked in over 30 miles with 1/3 or so of it on dirt and a couple miles required us to push it over the rocks and hills.

Back to the garage for some adjustments and back out riding from the ☀️⚡️

Floor/skid plate is cut and fitted together.
The wheel wells are cut and next to be mounted!

0.032” aluminum panels with a small bead roll for rigidity!

Got the battery mount made and welded into the frame!

We also did some weight calculations:
Trailer frame: 60lbs
Batteries (x4) @ 12lbs each
Controller, inverter, converter (15lbs)
Wheels/motors (x2) @ 18lbs each

We estimate the trailer will weigh about 250lbs before we add camping gear…
