Customer called about an issue with their washer machine. It wasn’t spinning; every time they put it on a wash cycle it would randomly stop and start beeping(also known as throwing a code). So as experts, we properly pinpointed and diagnosed the issue. Turns out, it was the motor and motor control board. The customer agreed to order the parts, we replaced them and as always the customer was very satisfied. They are now able to continue the use of their washer machine! Customer called us about their AC not working. We responded and it ended up being a unit with a freon leak. We quoted him a new AC split system, installed it and and the customer couldn’t be more happier. They appreciated the quality of work and product. The customer also got a new air handler and outside condenser. We also replaced the stand, reinforced where the air handler sits and ran all new duct in the entire house! Here at All About Appliance and AC Repair, we fix it all. This customer had a drooping AC unit that was about to fall through the floor. We responded as fast as we could to take the AC off it’s stand and replace the whole floor. We also flushed and cleaned the drain line so no more issues!
