I am pleased to announce and commend two outstanding members of our Howe Security team, Danni and Cheyenne Elitzer, for their exemplary dedication
and exceptional contributions to our organization.
Danni Elitzer, who has been a valuable member of Howe Security for approximately two years, recently demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities at one of our cannabis sites. Upon discovering that the site was cutting hours, Danni's immediate concern was for her fellow guards. She went above and beyond to ensure that all team members maintained a satisfactory work-life balance and received consistent hours across various sites. Danni's commitment to the well-being of her colleagues and her proactive approach to problem-solving truly embody the essence of leadership. Please join me in congratulating Danni for receiving the Howe Security 1st Quarter Leadership Award. Your dedication and exemplary leadership inspire us all.
Similarly, Cheyenne Elitzer, who has been with Howe Security for approximately one year, exemplifies our commitment to excellence. Serving as a guard at a local school, Cheyenne recently encountered a student in distress. Her swift and compassionate response, coupled with her training, allowed her to provide immediate assistance to the student and seek further resources to ensure their well-being. Cheyenne’s dedication to going above and beyond in her duties makes a significant difference in our community. We are proud to honor Cheyenne as the Howe Security Employee of the Month.
It is noteworthy to mention that Danni and Cheyenne are sisters, a testament to their shared commitment to excellence and our organization's values. Their outstanding contributions embody the spirit of Howe Security, and we are grateful to have them as part of our team.
As we continue to strive for success at Howe Security, let us all draw inspiration from Danni and Cheyenne’s dedication, professionalism, and compassion. Please join me in congratulating them and expressing our appreciation for their exceptional service.
Thank you, Danni and Cheyenne, for everything you do.
