Today, I want to share an experience that has marked a turning point in my journey as a business owner. Receiving recognition from the US Small Business Administration after completing the T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined, Class of 2024 is an honor I celebrate with gratitude and humility.
This program was not only an opportunity to strengthen leadership skills, business strategy, and sustainable growth. Above all, it was a space for deep reflection, to challenge my own limits, and to connect with other leaders who, like me, are committed to building businesses that positively impact our communities.
One of the most valuable lessons I take away is that learning never stops. In the midst of daily routines and countless responsibilities, we must make time to keep learning. We have to create space to connect with mentors and other business owners, because there is something to learn from every conversation and every shared experience. Personal and professional growth is a journey we walk together.
I am deeply grateful to my cohort peers, mentors, and facilitators who inspired me to keep growing. This recognition is also for you, because leadership is built through collaboration and learning from others.
