We’ve identified an issue with a specific type of patch cable (pictured below) that has been causing inconsistent internet speeds and occasional connection drops, even though the cables test as “good.”

If you are currently using one of these cables and have experienced similar issues, please let us know. Not all are giving issues. We will provide you with a free replacement cable to ensure your connection remains stable and reliable.

To request a replacement send us a message and we will coordinate yours.

AOP Total Team Training Day – Next Wednesday, 20th!

Next Wednesday, our entire AOP team will be taking part in our Total Team Training Day. This day is all about strengthening our teamwork, improving processes, and finding new ways to serve you even better.

What this means for you:

⏸ Service tickets and on-site visits will be paused for the day and resume the following business day.
