So saddened by this news. I met this family while still employed by LA Department of Health. After leaving the department, they wanted to expand into the adjacent space. I so badly wanted to help on their project, that I taught myself Louisiana State Fire Marshal plan review applications. This family meant a great deal to me. Please keep Jamal's children in your prayers.
