Pathway Health’s Calvin Reynek had a great time presenting at the Iowa Health Care Association’s DON Foundations program for new directors of nursing (DONs) and nurse leaders.

During two educational sessions, Calvin shared practical strategies and real-world examples focused on Quality Improvement in long-term care, including QAPI, Five-Star Ratings, and Quality Measures.

Attendees gained valuable insights and actionable tools to strengthen daily clinical operations, support data-informed decision-making, and improve resident outcomes.
