Thank you for your interest in Little Lights Day Care. It is my sincere desire to provide responsible and loving care for your child(ren). A family child care business was my goal in 2003 and became a reality in 2006. It is not my purpose to displace you as the natural parent; but to make my care an extension of your family unit. You should feel confident that your child will be safe and happy with me. My goal is to work with you to help your child develop physically, emotionally, and mentally. I find children exciting and thirsting for knowledge, activity and love. I take my profession as a child care provider very seriously, as I do with being a mother. I attend as many classes and seminars as I possibly can in order to constantly improve my knowledge and skills. I have been a Sunday School teacher since I was 12 years old and I am affiliated with Corona International Christian Fellowship, currently serving as the Children Sunday School Director. I operate an anti-biased program, promoting multi-cultural awareness and understanding. I feel that the positive, loving nurturing, family environmental I provide will benefit all children. I strive to teach them that we are all special and can learn from one another. Cooperative play is also encouraged while continually building on each child’s individuality.
