Hi everyone! I wanted to give you a shipping update.
We are truly working as fast as we can, as hard as we can, to get these candles out to you. We have over 30,000 orders pending, and these volumes are so very new for us.
We are getting custom boxes in the next week or two made by Great Northern Corporation, which will dramatically help our throughput. We are currently packing orders in the low 3000s, but still have some orders in the 2000s with our candle products we are working hard to pour and fulfill. Because we’ve been making Ukraine candles this last month, we haven’t had time to make our own candles and have sold out of many of them (thank you all so much). We are working on catching up on all of this as we speak (truly, I just took a quick break from pouring candles to write this update). We take pride in our product, and are truly working as fast as we can to get these beautiful candles to your homes.
A few things…
-If you want a refund because the shipping timeframe is too long, please let us know in the next week. When we have to process refunds, this obviously has an effect on the donation we can make and we need to keep this in mind when making our donations. We just need to know as soon as possible.

-When your shipment goes out, you will receive a FedEx tracking number in your email.
-We are still working on getting back to all ours calls and voicemails, slowly but surely, we’re getting there
