Experiencing some lower back pain? It might be time to take another look at your chair. Make sure your chair is properly adjusted by having your armrests parallel to your elbow, the backrest angle locked in an upright position, the seat pan is providing you with adequate coverage on your lower body, and your lumbar support hits the curvature of your lower back. If you are using a chair at home, be sure to have your back supported as much as possible, with whatever type of chair you are sitting on. This training gives basic ergonomic and safety information to different industries, departments, and employees. We are back open and ready to work! We hope everyone has been safe and well during these trying and ever-changing times. Here at P3 we know that many employees are now working remotely, and even though we are not providing our usual field services, we can still provide ergonomic counsel while also adhering to the governor’s guidelines. In adherence to the guidelines, we are now offering virtual evaluations, online trainings, and home product list recommendations. These new services will provide you knowledge and tips on how to stay safe and comfortable while working at your remote office. Here at P3 Ergonomics, the health and safety of our clients as well as our associates is our top priority. With that in mind, we have decided to temporarily close P3 Ergonomics for the next two weeks.
