Dear Dr. Sears Health Coaches,

Our collective voices have been heard! Here is the response from the CEO of ACE. Thank you to all who sent in letters.

Dear DSWI Trained Coaches,
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns regarding the transition of DSWI into ACE. We recognize and understand that change, particularly of this magnitude, can be challenging, and we value your feedback as we strive to make this process as seamless as possible for all coaches involved.

We understand the significance of the issues raised, and I want to assure you that the leadership team at ACE is actively reviewing all the concerns mentioned in your letter. While we appreciate your suggestion for a town hall meeting, we believe it would be more effective to address these concerns through written communications and individualized support. This approach will allow us to provide clear, thorough responses to individuals' specific concerns and ensure that all issues are addressed comprehensively.

We are committed to supporting all coaches during this transition and are currently working on potential solutions, including extended access to resources and tailored guidance for affected coaches. We will continue to provide updates and solutions via email and other communication channels to ensure everyone stays informed.

Thank you again for your dedication and for raising these important points. We look forward to continuing the conversation and working together to ensure a smooth transition.

Welcome NBC-HWC Coaches to a Facebook forum just for coaches. As the organization closes its page, some of us are choosing to remain here to connect. My final post/comment to them was this:

“Sadly, I will not frequent a portal posting site like this one. I’m so sorry and I know you are doing it for what you feel are the right reasons for the organization but I don’t think it is the right decision for all of us, your coaches, who make up the organization. As an NBC-HWC since 2017, I have supported and even helped promote all the decisions that our organization has made, even those I didn’t understand at the time, assuming that the leadership knows what I do not know. Maybe that is the case here, but I don’t even go to the portal for what is there now! I barely go to put my CE info updates for my Smarter Start course. I fear this will change our connections and I am with many of the other coaches posting here - I am tired of all the platforms, passwords, and portals I currently have to manage to keep my business afloat! Sorry NBHWC, I’ll need to tap out on this.”

I’m already on FB. Like all of it or not, it is my business tool and I use it. I will continue to use it and I invite you to keep the convo going here!

Jack Wolfe and I took my coaching team (friends) and their husbands out for a sunset cruise last night. Lovely time as happy couples share a story or two and view Gods creative hand over the water! We love the cross that we often see on the water at sunset.
