Another patio project coming together!

The first section of this paver patio is complete! Next up, we’ll be building the steps and continuing into the raised patio section to tie everything together.

Another project getting closer to the finish line.

We started this one by clearing the lot, then moved into excavation for the addition, foundation work, and drainage. Now we’re back to complete the exterior portion of the project.

Rough grading is wrapped up and the site is shaped and ready for the next phase — a new patio, followed by final grading, topsoil, and landscaping.

From clearing and excavation to foundations, drainage, and final site work, it’s always nice seeing a project come together from start to finish.

Another egress window install wrapped up!

On this project, we cut the new opening, installed the egress door and well, and completed the necessary drainage work before backfilling and restoring the area.

Proper drainage is one of the most important parts of an egress window installation. It doesn’t matter how good the window or well looks if water is allowed to collect against the foundation. A properly installed drainage system helps keep water away from the window, protects the foundation, and reduces the risk of leaks and water entering the basement.

A little extra attention underground makes a big difference long after the job is finished.

We cleared this lot and poured the foundation for the addition over the winter. Now we’re back to finish things up with the new patio, final grading, and site restoration.
