- 1060 Woodcock Rd - CLOSED Today at 5pm - no access throughout the storm. Power will be cut and building will be completely locked down. Please remove any items that you need today as you will not have access during the storm.

- 390 North Orange Ave - CLOSED Wednesday 10/9 at 6 p.m - no access throughout the storm. Overnight parking is prohibited. If you have parked a vehicle in the garage please remove it by 6pm tomorrow.

- 255 Primera Blvd - OPEN by access card only - no HVAC or elevator

- 4700 Millenia Blvd - OPEN by access card side door only - no HVAC or elevator

With the approach of Hurricane Milton, all Orlando Office Center locations will be closed Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday October 10th. There will be no staff onsite.

Some of our buildings will be open by access card only for office clients and some will be completely locked down with no access during the storm. Please see below for current status as of 10/8/24, 9am. Updates will be sent out by email as we receive them from our building property managers and posted on our page.

With the approach of the hurricane, all Orlando Office Center offices will be closed Thursday, September 26th with no staff onsite for the day.

Most of our buildings are accessible by access card or code only, and expected to remain that way through the storm. We plan to resume business as normal on Friday, September 27th, pending any building issues.

We will be notified by each of our building management companies that they are reopening the buildings after the storm clears, which depends on the severity of the storm and the location. If there are any further building closings, we will send additional updates by email. and post here.

With the approach of Hurricane Idalia, all Orlando Office Center offices will be closed Wednesday, August 30th as most of our buildings are being locked down, with building access card access only, and expected to remain on lock down through the storm. We plan to resume business as normal on Thursday, August 31st, pending any building issues.

Six Orlando locations: Downtown Orlando, Central Business District & ColonialTown Center, Millenia, Dr. Phillips East Orlando-Research Park, & Lake Mary

Update 11/10/22 10am

All offices are closed today as OOC staff will not on site at any location. Staff will return tomorrow 11/11/02. Mail pick up and meeting rooms will be available as normal after 9am tomorrow.

Office clients may access their offices today by access card/door code as per normal out of business hours access, except for the Sand Lake building which is currently locked down with no access. We are awaiting word from the property manager as to when the building will be reopened and will advise upon opening.

With the approach of Hurricane Nicole, all Orlando Office Center offices will be closed Thursday, November 10th as most of our buildings are being locked down, with building access card access only, and expected to remain on lock down through the storm.

We plan to be closed until we are notified by each of our building management companies that they are reopening the buildings, which depends on the severity of the storm and the location. They base their decision upon state and local agencies recommendations. At such time that we are advised that it is ok to reopen the office by our building management companies, we will notify all clients by email. Updates will also be posted on our page at https://www.facebook.com/OrlandoOfficeCenter.
