Happy 30th Anniversary to Peter!!!

Yes that’s not a type-o we’ve been working together for 30 years after he answered an advertisement in a newspaper ad. We’ve been through all the ups and downs of the markets, the industry changes, and personal changes which speaks volumes about Peter and also about our staff.

While we may not have another 30 left in us, I want to thank you for answering the ad and your loyalty over the years.

The pace of new jobless claims reached their lowest level of the pandemic crisis era last week, providing a sign that hiring is continuing if at a slower pace.

More Great News - the economy is getting better each month with fewer jobless claims than expected and unemployment down to 6.9% from it's previous high of 14.7% during the pandemic.

Jobless claims totaled 709,000 last week, below the 740,000 Wall Street forecast.
