A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Emerald has built her career by combining strong business acumen with a customer-first approach. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked with organizations of all sizes, helping them navigate technology challenges, improve operational efficiency, and make informed business decisions. Her experience includes telecommunications, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, managed IT services, and vendor management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on today's evolving technology landscape.
Outside of work, Emerald enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their lively household, which includes two dogs, two birds, and a fish tank. When she's not helping clients solve technology challenges, you'll likely find her building with LEGO®, playing card or board games with family and friends, or planning the family's next adventure. As a lover of theme parks and cruising, she enjoys making memories through travel and experiences with the people she loves most.
