Commercial/Industrial Electrician
Pinnacle Services is currently searching for an experienced electrician. A Clean driving record and Class A CDL is preferred. We offer a great work environment with a dedicated office staff to assist. Pinnacle Services is a parking lot, building, pole lighting maintenance electrical contractor. We also provide other electrical services to our clients.
Commercial/Industrial Electrician responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic lighting, wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated and reliable, with excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for supervised and unsupervised work in commercial spaces.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of all systems.
Commercial/Industrial Electrician Skills Required
Must be able to:

• Troubleshoot and repair
• Ability to handle sales, transactions, work orders, quotes, logs, company vehicles.
• Have a clean driving record
• Follow directions thoroughly
• Computer skills/IT skills
• Understand member’s service needs
• Work Cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Multitask
• Have knowledge of NEC
• Proficient at Blueprint reading
Commercial/Industrial Electrician Physical Demands:
• Safe worker with clean driving record
• Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift;
• Communicate with employees, managers, subordinates and guests through verbal communication, hearing ability and visual acuity.
