Okay ladies...new month, new intention. 🖤

And September might make some of us a little uncomfortable. 😂

This month we're talking about BOLD ASKS.

How many times have you wanted something in your business but never actually ASKED for it?

The introduction.
The referral.
The collaboration.
The opportunity.
The help.

We tell ourselves...

"I don't want to bother them."
"What if they say no?"
"I don't want to sound salesy."
"Maybe they'll think of me."

Meanwhile...nobody even knows what we need.

📚💕 Boss Bia Bookshelf Recap | Chapters 3 & 4

I absolutely love the conversations that come out of our Boss Bia Bookshelf sessions! There’s something special about creating a space where we can talk openly, reflect, learn from each other, and grow together.

Tonight, we recapped Chapters 3 & 4 and took some time for a little self-reflection.

✨ Our Reflection:

We each wrote down:
• Three leadership strengths we see in ourselves
• One leadership habit we’d like to improve

One thing I continue to learn through Boss Bia is that leadership doesn’t always look like having all the answers. Sometimes it looks like being willing to grow, recognizing the strengths you already have, and helping another woman recognize hers too. 💗

👑 Our Boss Move for the week:

Intentionally encourage another woman.

Send her a message. Celebrate something she’s doing. Tell her you see her. Recommend her business. Remind her of a strength she may have forgotten she has.

Women encouraging women is powerful—and it’s exactly the kind of community I want us to continue building through Boss Bia LOZ. 🥹💕

✨ Boss Bia LOZ is all about connection, community, and trying something new!

We had such a fun time visiting Leighton’s on the Lake last week, where we stepped outside and explored the world of ci**rs together!

This is what we love about Boss Bia—discovering women owned/women managed local businesses, learning something new, and creating experiences that bring women together in a fun, relaxed way.

And this won’t be our last visit… 👀
