Want to become someone people remember?

Listen when people tell you what they need.

Remember what other women do.

Make introductions.

Invite the woman who needs to be in the room.

❤️ Not every day of building something meaningful is an easy one.

Today, was hard.

Things didn’t go quite as planned at our BOSS BIA Brew & Biz coffee - LOZ.

But here’s what I know.

BOSS BIA was never created just to fill seats at networking events.

I created this movement because I believe women-owned businesses deserve more visibility, more advocacy, and more opportunities to build genuine connections.

Not another leads group. Not another networking club where everyone is trying to sell something.

A COMMUNITY that genuinely supports women in business.

And yes, there will be growing pains. There will be things we try that don’t work. There will be times when we have to change direction, regroup, and figure out what our communities actually need.

That’s part of building something.

To the women of Lake of the Ozarks, I want you to know something: I believe in this community, and I care about the women building businesses here. I DO care about you and your businesses.

I’m listening. I’m learning. And I’m evaluating what BOSS BIA can do to bring meaningful value to the Lake.

Because this has never been about me.

It’s about YOU and YOUR businesses.

This place holds such a special spot in our BOSS BIA hearts! Angela and her incredible staff have shown us so much love from DAY ONE, and we absolutely LOVE them!
