We need to think of ourselves as inextricably intertwined and (co)dependent upon the survival of the natural world in which we live. Ours lives depend on it. This is not a political issue, nor frankly a religious one. A very thought-provoking article.

Humans did not always see themselves as he separate from the natural world. If we are to reverse its decline, we must re-entangle ourselves with it.

Wouldn't you rather work for a compassionate leader? Heart to head leader puts people first. Leader values attitude over skills, gets and gives feedback and praise, considers perspectives other than own, considers all facts before making judgment. Good for people=good for business.
