Well thought since someone worked so hard to try to scam me this morning on purchasing this ring I would share just how awful people can be.

I've been working hard getting things together to post and especially for this weekend so I was excited I was getting buyers. But.... seller beware they lurk!

Scammer sounded professional, hit me up on messenger making sure item availability then wanted to quickly pay and pu later. My error i did not check their profile prior to conversation. I only use Paypal or Facebook Messenger pay. That was my second error I allowed them to move to another payment option. Now it will be a firm and fast rule, pp or fm only, or cash of course.

So they sent pmt but hey my email stated i needed my account upgraded and that they would need to send me an additional $355 and once upgraded i would need to send back right away with a screenshot for verification. Ding ding ding!! Overpay, send back, then when asked name had weird Hotmail email and a way too common name... charles bird when his name showing was Krystian...imagine that using my son that died partial name even starting with a K...clever but stupid cause now I'm pi**ed and immediately calling them out.

I immediately looked up a couple google articles about Zelle scams, then called Zelle to verify that it was indeed a scam all the while having him sit in the chat.

Now he is saying he trusted me to be honest send money back, i said i would. I don't trust him. By now know he's a scammer and he starts calling 8 times while I'm on the phone with Zelle. So now I'm forced to block and pray he doesn't give neg review.

First of all the email from company was not their official domain, it was from yahoo. His hotmail was [email protected] now tell me that doesn't just look suspicious?

Within seconds Zelle confirmed scam. Deleted my profile etc for my protection. Weird thing there was never any activity on the account, of course there was an excuse for that.

It's hard enough starting a new venture, being patient hoping you made the right move without people trying to sabatoge and cause you to question your decision and reasoning. Trying to discourage me from moving forward.

So today, I'm going to double down. Offer more, include a couple nice surprises, give some nice things away with purchase and enjoy every moment of it because this time I get the last laugh! I love giving and now he just gave me an excuse to do just that with joy!

Most of all if your shopping this weekend remember the artesians, resellers, and creators. In these times every little bit helps.

This is a Moldavite shere or crystal that is perfectly round and clear, it has no hole so it's not a bead, it is enclosed by Sterling Silver filled wire in the form of a star. It is secure and will not fall out. The star is made out of just one wire fashioned from beginning to end without any end, junctions, or splices. The star is 1 and a qtr inch high and wide. The Moldavite sphere is 8 cm. The stone below in the shape of a polar bear is an Azurite.

I have made several of this type of pendant using crackled marbles, crackled and clear pond stones and spheres as well as beads. It's been made with all wire types as Copper, brass, Rose Gold, and Sterling Silver. The sizes have ranged from the smallest one being 3/4 of an inch in red wire. The largest one that was made is 2 inches around with a round marble and a pond stone. They can be used as Pendants as well as fashioned as a broach.

I custom make these to your specific needs. Most often they are stand alone pendants on a chain without any additional stones dangling from it.

Ill post a couple of examples of the others I have on hand in a little bit.

If you were to purchase this as a gift I custom make a leather or other material snap closed pouch to hold it with an added circle out of copper with the giftees initial stamped on it and attached with a jump ring with a beautiful captured bead fashioned by using chain malle techniques to the pouch. I do this just to make it much more special. I do charge extra for the pouch and initialed circle with bead.

So guys this is one of my first creations that I started working with wire outside of using crystal points. Everything I use is from recycled, refurbished and rescued goods.

Let me know what you think but please be kind as I'm a little nervous putting my work out there to be critiqued. It's not perfect but as perfect as I can be. ;)

The other things I'll share hopefully today are my gnomes, mini house, and gemstone and bead trees meant to all go together for a mini gnome home in your garden. I used gemstones as embellishment and painted and sealed so it's waterproof and won't rot hourly in the weather.

U will also share a sort of medicine pouch made out of old leather work gloves to hold a quartz crystal point around your neck. I have a pendant doll made out of bead and a local rock with faceted gemstones for the heart one on each side. The pouches made out of several items but one an old Harley leather jacket. I also have your standard fare wire wrapped stones of all shapes and reiterations.

I almost forgot because this is taking skills I learned as a teen but I have several items I've macramed with h**p string, usually mini bottles etc. To hang as well as a crystal ball. I also believe I have a macrame necklace that holds your fav stone and you can change it to another at any time.

I found out I could change the name of my Yurts and Things page name so I don't lose what audience I already have since I'm looking to grow. So the new name is The Crafty Yurt. I changed it because I'm starting to list Vintage and upcycled jewelry in the Facebook Marketplace and will also open an Instagram presence or store since they are connected. Im going to also start a shorts you tube channel and probably use what not to have auctions.

Since I'm sourcing jewelry in many ways I may include some unboxing of that if anyone is interested in watching. I watch it on you tube all the time, took the place of my trial watching addiction. Lol

Boy sorting the jewelry takes a lot of time but I think it's because I'm just starting. Im uploading more tonight. I had actually 3 boxes of jewelry to go through. I'm still working on the first. The other two are a bag of wonderful Hemitite jewelry (which can be healing because of its natural magnetism) , and the other was a box of supported beads and findings. Out of that I'm collecting a book and all the smaller seed beads to offer for sale as I only work with the larger beads and gemstones.

In addition while I'm going through all the jewelry I'm sorting out what i want to keep, what I want to sell, what I want to repair, recover, rework, or revamp. What I am not going to use or sell or repair etc will go into lots for sale for others to enjoy,

Part of the fun of this is getting boxes that have surprises in them like Vintage branded items, some precious metals like gold and silver which I've learned to test and things with gemstones either faceted, tumbled or raw. That's the fun of unboxing finding those treasures. As soon as I'm done with my current boxes I'm going to open the new ones and by that time I'll be ready to share I hope.

I got the gold and silver testing kit so I don't sell now without testing and being able to label it correctly. All I'm missing now is something called Presidium Instruments Gem Tester. But it's over $200. So until I can purchase that I won't be selling too much jewelry with Gemstones until I can test them.

I would still like to accept donations of any unwanted jewelry from others that might not know what to do with it. It's really helped as I have been stalled for over a year until I was able to get these supplies recently to really start working on things. So my next post will be a post of bravery as I will share some of my own work and share some of the things I've recreated.
