New member of the JoBu crew!

Uma has been a great addition already, and I am so thankful. Been waiting for her since she was still cooking in her mom's oven and the fact that she is here now is so surreal.

She's been so fun to work with, and this is my first working puppy to raise (since I got Gaara when he was 6 months old). She's picking things up fast and I'm glad to have so much more experience to apply to this new dog that I didn't have when I got Gaara.

She's definitely going to be put to work 🤘

Working on some things 🤘

Gaara is very comfortable around heavy machinery and makes for a nice work buddy. He knows to stay out of the way and keeps watch incase I need him. He was polite to the workers and even went over to say hi when I said it was okay.

It makes it safe for all involved if your dog knows a soild down stay and recall command when having them around things like this.

Working dogs need work- they need a job to do. Having a soild foundation in obedience helps facilitate that.

Butcher day at JoBu Dog Company!

A healthy diet is the backbone to physical and mental health. Gaara eats a combination of raw, and a high grade kibble so whenever we end up with a rooster in our chicks they go to the freezer for his food once at a good weight.

JoBu is in the research and development stage for home grown freeze dried meat treats and nutritional supplements for dogs and* cats. Quail, rabbit, chicken, and duck meat all home grown from healthy and happy animals.

Being able to practice on a small scale right now has been really fun and also extremely rewarding 😁

I will also be offering lessons, and personalized nutritional advice down the road for people who want to do things like this for their dogs.

Had a great time yesterday at the Lakeshore Inn and Resort's Fundraiser for Noah's Arc Animal Haven and Rescue!

My gypsy ancestors would be proud of me traveling around peddling my wares 😂 quality goods hand made right here in the heart of NorCal! Dog collars, leashes, treats, and various training tools that I'm certified to use and sell from brands you can trust.

There were good people, awesome food, and a great band at the end of the day.

Thank you for the invitation- I had a blast and it was a good cause!

Got a new addition recently! No name yet but this little girl will be a good mouser and has been great with Gaara and Louie (my other cat in the background).

Gaara is a fantastic guard dog and protects my quail from the feral cats in the neighborhood, and has helped kill vermin and such in a ranch environment. What I love about him is he learns very fast and he understood pretty quickly that this cat is off limits.

If you don't have money and got evacuated and have nowhere to go for your dog let me know- Im here to help my community; its not about money. I'm a dog trainer and can take untrained ranch dogs or livestock guardians that other places wont accept. 530-524-3475

Got to spend some time in the Redwoods recently!

I gave Gaara a little challenge to jump on top of this giant stump.
He loves to climb so it was a good exercise for him 😊

I showed him how to first jump on the smaller one, and then onto the top. It took some coaxing and encouragement and he got up there no problem. Mixing in obedience there with a sit, wait command, etc. And this is the result :)

Things like this give your dog a lil confidence boost 💪Challenging them some and even testing their limits a bit can give them tools to help navigate the real world. Even as adults it's good to do things like this for your dog 🐕
