Keeping the Composites Week 2026 posts going - we feel strongly that in order to maintain your workforce, it is good practice and we pride ourselves on our employees having a good work/life balance.

While away from the office, one of our employees took a photo at Dollywood earlier this year that they wanted to share today, which seems appropriate the day after Dolly Parton's passing.

The sign at this art installation reads, "If you work with your hands, your mind and your heart...you are a craftsman." We share this sentiment about the people who have worked for us in the past, and continue to help us craft our industrial composites today.

Let's all carry forth this message, in the composites manufacturing industry and beyond
