It's National Work & Family Month, and at Industrial Plastic Systems, we are always seeking ways to promote a work-life balance for quality in the workplace and quality of life for our employees when they're at home.

This is why we want to contnue to feature more stories about our employees. People have loved our posts about our military veteran employees, have mourned with us when we shared news about a loss within our work family this year, and have cheered on those celebrating big milestones within our company.

It may be a small milestone, but we have had our first ever in-house Marketing Manager here for one year, and she has been helping with employee engagement, training efforts, and ethical yet meaningful modernizations across the board to keep our company relevant in a fast-changing age.
