***Important Heads-Up for Our Customers and Their Neighbors! Please Share!!***
We’ve had several clients reach out over the past several days letting us know that door-to-door sales reps—often hired by large corporate-owned companies—are knocking on doors in our area claiming homes have active chinch bug damage and pushing immediate service.
First, a quick reminder: Florida law requires a specific solicitation license for door-to-door sales, which many of these corporate door-knockers skip out on.
Second, please don't panic! Chinch bug damage can look a lot like drought stress or damage from the torrential rains we've had this year, and high-pressure sales reps aren't always giving you an accurate diagnosis.
If someone knocks on your door claiming your lawn has an issue, do not sign anything or buy on the spot. Reach out to us first! As your licensed local operator, we will gladly check your lawn, verify what is actually going on, and give you honest feedback—no scare tactics needed.
Your lawn is in good hands with us!
